2017 Hillside Shiraz

Appearance: Bright ruby red.

Aroma:         Ripe raspberries and currants with alluring lifted aromatics.

Palate:          Bright raspberries and red cherries spring forth onto the palate with spicy oak and integrated acid building a fantastic example of medium bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz.

                    Enjoy with a slow cooked ragu or just by itself sitting around the fire with friends.

                    Drinking superbly on release, this wine will continue to develop complexity in the bottle over the next 7 – 10 years.
