Vibrant plum Shiraz is grown on our hillside block, and spend 15 months in oak maturation. The extra oak maturation creates an armoma full of red fruit and plums with spice liquorice. The palate is spicy integrated oak flavours with intense fruit of mulberries, blackcurrant and charry tannin finish.
