Shipping & Returns



We ship our products via Australia Post and/or Fastway within Australia. 

Online orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

Shipping time is estimated between 2 - 10 business days depending on delivery location within Australia.

We offer a FLAT rate of $15.00 per case (up to 12 bottles of wine) for customers in NSW, Qld, Vic & ACT.

For other destinations within Australia, your shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart and added to your order before checkout.

Your shipping cost may change depending on delivery location and size & weight of your products. 

We are not permitted to sell and/or deliver alcohol products to certain locations in NT and WA.

We will refund or exchange the item when you find an item has a major problem. This is when the item:


  • has a problem that would have stopped someone buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.


Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt and the item.
