Appearance:      Dark ruby red.

 

Aroma:               Dark plums, violets, hints of red berries and sweet vanilla spice.

 

Palate:                Mulberries, raspberries and plums explode onto the front palate of this medium – heavy bodied wine.  Dried herbs and pepper spice fill out the mid to back palate which has a fantastic long finish carried by supple tannin and fine acid.

                             Enjoy with slow cooked beef short ribs.
