2021 Hillside Shiraz

This classic medium bodied Hunter Shiraz displays lifted aromas of dark cherries and coconut spice, which lead you into the graceful plate featuring ripe plums and mulberries. Maturation in a combination of new and used French oak barrels finish this wine with sweet vanilla spice and silky tannins to give a long and lingering finish.

Enjoy with any red meat with grilled vegetables.

Drinking superbly upon release or will develop rewarding complexity with careful cellaring.

2021 Tannat 

 

Dark ruby red in the glass, this wine has enticing aromas of plums and blue fruits with a touch of brambly choc vanillin oak. Light to medium bodied, the fragrant aromatics carry through onto the palate with the sweet fruit and oak beautifully balanced by fine acid and light chalky tannins.

This wine is well suited to roast beef with baked vegetables.
