Appearance:      Deep ruby red.

 

Aroma:               Black plums, mulberries and spicy oak.

 

Palate:                Black plums and dark berries direct this full-bodied palate into rich dark mocha oak and strong tannin.  A firm acid line runs through the wine leading to a long brooding finish.

                             Enjoy with a thick cut T-bone and fat boy chips.

              This one is a keeper, leave this tucked away until 2027 if you can resist.
